This is a quick and tasty meal idea that the kids can get involved with by grating the cheese, helping mix the tuna
or placing the tuna on the bread. Serve with soup or salad.
What You Will Need:
1 can tuna
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
Bread/Bagel
Grated Cheese
Tomato
What To Do:
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine tuna, celery, and mayonnaise
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast the bread
- Place tuna mixture on open face pieces of bread and top with tomato and cheese
- Place in the broiler until the cheese is melted
