Some of the best crafts to do with kids in the holiday season are crafts that you did when you were a kid. One of
our favourite childhood crafts here at theirlittleworld is Old Fashioned Popcorn and Cranberry Garlands, it is
fun and easy to make, you can put it indoors or outdoors for decoration and you can snack while you go!
What You Will Need:
Popcorn (air popped or natural, non-salted, non-buttered)
Fresh Cranberries
Heavy Duty Sewing Thread or Waxed Dental Floss
Large Sewing Needle
What to Do:
- Tie a knot at one end of the long length of thread and thread the needle through the other.
- Push the needle through the cranberry and then slide it down the length of the string.
- Do the same with a piece of popcorn.
- Continue alternating until you have a finished length of garland!
