With regards to the below I have checked this order and I had a look into packing notes and can confirm that we have definitely sent her the right size as per her order (order number 100027688).
I had a look at our stock but unfortunately we have sold out all the bigger sizes and will not be able to exchange this. If she likes to returns the trainers she can sent this back to us and we will refund her the total cost of the trainers and the shipping cost of her returns.
