If the weather is making you want to stay indoors, you can still celebrate bonfire night from the

warmth of your own home tonight with the kids with this quick and easy craft!

 

What you’ll need:

  • Soup can
  • Red, yellow and orange tissue paper/construction paper
  • White craft glue

How to make it:

  1. Clean and dry the soup can.
  2. Line the inside of the can with white glue.
  3. Put a piece of red tissue paper inside the can.
  4. Put a piece of orange tissue paper into the red tissue paper.
  5. Put a piece of yellow tissue paper into the orange tissue paper.
  6. Let dry.

This is a fun and easy craft idea will get the kids excited for bonfire night and keep them entertained!

 

You will need:

-Paper

-Straws

-Watery paint (just add water to thick paint and mix if you don’t have runny paint)

-Glue

-Glitter.

 

What to Do:

  1. Dot some paint onto your child’s paper
  2. Give them a straw and allow them to blow the paint in different directions
  3. Repeat
  4. When the pictures are dried, use a sparkle pen or dot some glue on the page and sprinkle with glitter Make up some different coloured runny paints and put a couple of drops of paint onto the paper. Then, give your child a straw to blow the paint in different directions.
