BE OUR BUYER: Evoke a Norwegian fairy-tale with Jumina clothes for girls

girls clothes for jumina

Once upon a time…deep in a Norwegian forest, mother and designer Elisabeth Grønning Rognmo was dreaming of her own childrenswear label. From her eco-friendly straw-bale home, Elisabeth dreamt up Jumina, a unique label for girls inspired by her own magical childhood memories. If you are also finding yourself enchanted by Jumina, here is your chance for you to vote it into the permanent collection at

Jumina has really got the girls’ fashion world talking. Its bold colours, designs and edgy photography make this collection stand-out from conventional party-pieces. It is already a favourite of online magazines such as Babiekins,  Novalee Magazine and Lamu Slenis Magazine.

Girls Jumina SS12

Elisabeth gathers her inspiration from the world around her, focusing on natural elements such as the shapes and colours in wood to form her creations. One of the stand-out features of this collection for SS12 is the colour!! Lift deep wine reds with flinty silvers, spring greens and blues. This clever use of colour allows this brand to really experiment with cute ruffles and almost sculptural cuts. These truly are princess pieces – but for princesses who like to climb trees, battle dragons and take centre stage in their own adventures.

The collection also features embroidered details reminiscent of the “from the heart” creations of Elisabeth’s grandmother.  In keeping with Elisabeth’s eco-chic lifestyle, Jumina was the first brand in Norway to use fair-trade certified cotton in its designs.

We are very excited to have received some of the Jumina SS12 collection direct from Norway. For your opportunity to try this brand for yourself with a special introductory offer in our ‘Be Our Buyer’ secret shopping event.
