Salmon Bake

Freezer friendly 5 ingredient salmon bake. Make this ahead and have a fuss free dinner!

What You Will Need

1 1/2 cups  Cream of mushroom soup

1 cups  Grated cheese

3/4 cups  Peas & corn

13 oz / 375 g  Penne pasta

1 1/2 cups  Tin salmon, drained and flaked

What To Do

1. Preheat oven to 356°F / 180°C.

2. Grease an 8-cup capacity baking dish.

3. Cook pasta according to packet direction

4. Combine tuna, peas and corn, soup and pasta in a large bowl.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Spoon pasta mixture into prepared dish.

7. Sprinkle with cheese.

8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
